Help Center (FAQs)

The fastest way to get answers is through our Help Center, the hub for all EA Ignite FAQs. If you need additional assistance, our specialized teams below are here to help!

Our Registration Team can help with general information about the event, using the online registration system, or with managing/modifying an existing registration. This includes getting a copy of your invoice/receipt, updating your email or any other registration information, changing your add-on selections, purchasing party tickets, upgrading, and transferring a registration to a new attendee.

For questions about the conference, please search the Help Center! If we didn’t answer your question, you’ll be directed under the Help Center article to send a message to the Conference Team.

For questions about payments, banking verification, or vendor set-up, please reach out to our Accounts Receivable Team. 

For questions about making a hotel reservation through our accommodation partner, onPeak, get help from them directly! They can also assist with managing an existing reservation. 

For tech support using the mobile app, please reach out to the app provider, Brella. If you’re looking for a join code (within one month of the event), please reach out to our event organizers at [email protected].
